Independent means independent. We sometimes price work for builders too. If you ask us to review a quote from a builder we actively price for, we will tell you and step aside — a quote review only has value when it is genuinely independent.

Building new or subdividing?

Banks usually want cost information before they lend, and progress reports before they release money. We prepare the QS reports and cost summaries your lender needs — overseen by our Chartered Quantity Surveyor (NZIQS / MRICS) — and help you understand the numbers before you sign anything.
